We are COLD all winter as we cannot afford propane and electricity
as it is.  A cap and trade bill will doom us.  If we could sell our
house, I would leave California.  This decision to cap enery will
further push Calif. over the brink.
    I cannot imagine how bad it will be for us if this goes
forward.  PLEASE think how it will affect heating homes,
farms,employment, etc.
