Dear Air Resources Board Members,

I am a long-term resident of California and have always known that
this state could do better for its residents in the areas of
planning and transportation.  I believe that this is a critical
time for setting strong and achievable green house gas targets that
will make this lovely state a healthier place to live.

Please vote for the strongest achievable targets and the best
community planning aids possible at your September meeting.
