1. Do not waste our time and resources with this RIDICULOUS
PROPOSAL.
2. I inflate my own tires at home and REFUSE to be forced to go
somewhere to document my tire pressure!
3. This is a miniscule amount of proposed air emisssion savings.
4. your going to fine and JAIL people while there is currently no
room in prisons for CRIMINALS!
