To Whom it May Concerns:  

I want to be part of the opportunity to cut a major source of
dangerous air pollution in California: off road diesel vehicles. 

TI urge the California Air Resources Board (ARB)to vote to
strengthen state air standards and reduce air pollution from
construction equipment,known technically as "In-Use Off-Road
Diesel Vehicles."

As a life-long Californian and environmentalist, I know that
California needs cleaner air. I am strongly urging you to pass
legislation that will support the strengthening of air standards.
