| Subject | Reject biogas |
| Comment | Biogas is unsustainable and unnecessary--it does not reduce the dairy industry's environmental footprint. In fact, investing in biogas helps maintain and expand factory farms. Investing in biogas means investing in even more factory farm pollution. This year, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) has the opportunity to adopt new rules that would stop rewarding factory farms for their pollution. We have until midnight PST on February 20th to make our voices heard. Please submit a public comment to California Governor Newsom and the California Air Resources Board (CARB) asking them to end current Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) policies that reward factory farm polluters! |
