  Please support the restriction of off road vehicles on public
lands.  The purpose of the public lands, the reason for their
existence includes, wildlife, soil, air, quiet, and freedom from
hazmat.  If you allow off road vehicles into these protected
spaces, you are nullifying the purposes of conservation for the
last 100 years.  There must be some way of creating satisfying
experiences for off roaders in urban areas where the environment
no longer seems to be anyone's concern.  Thank you for your
consideration in this matter.
