| Comment | Please, PLEASE do not do this. This impact on people will be severe, both the actual boat owners and businesses associated with them, the entire literal industry itself and on the people that utilize these services as an enjoyable use of our public lands and oceans. All of us do not want pollution that is a given, all of us are fine with efficiency, but done in such a way that it does not literally destroy entire industries. Please rethink this and come up with a better plan. |
