To whom it may concern:

     I ask that you do not approve the new amendments for new
regulation for Commercial Craft. With all thats going on in the
world right now, we all need a little down time to recharge and
have a little fun. These changes will affect my life and those of
the fishing fleet. Some will not be able to afford the changes and
lose their way to feed their families. Please think about how this
will affect so many in a negative way. thank you
