Attached is Sierra Pacific Industries comments on Appendix G of the
proposed Scoping Plan 2030.  We are interested in how the ARB staff
will address our concerns about the accuracy of the carbon
accounting depicted in Appendix G and whether they will seek
additional input from the experts at the University of California
Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
