Save our fishing industry!  Working in the fueling industry for
more than a decade, this makes absolutely no sense as these boats
make such a minimal impact on the emissions!  This will raise the
already inflated fishing prices and cripple the industry and make
it virtually impossible for a parent to take their child fishing
and make lasting memories.  This must stop.
