Off road Diesel Vehicles are the second biggest polluters. It is
past time for these vehicles to be regulated. The Los Angeles/
Long Beach area ranked as the worst city in the country for air
pollution. This is a health issue for the people of this state. It
not only effects our people locally but is also a global issue.
California should take the lead in this and become a model for
other states.  Isn't it about time the people of this state expect
the government that represents us to help protect their health?
