Hello
     Please Don't pass the proposed passenger boat regulations that
require new engines and technology. If you do I will never be able
to go ocean fishing again! also my kid and my grandkids will never
know what it's like to fish in the ocean. Or be able to see a whale
in the wild. because we will not be able to afford it.  I will cost
way to much you will price us out of it.  and a lot of business
will go out of business.
