I realize the technology is evolving, but today there are many gas
driven units that could easily be replaced by electric power.  Leaf
Blowers are an example.  I own one and they work quite well as does
my electric lawnmower and my electric hedge trimer; and the list
goes on.  

As such, please consider phasing out small gas engines in our
State.  We would all benefit from it.
