This plan is oppression on all
California's and a disaster 


For our enviroment!! Power grid can't handle it. Lithium is
lethal and rare earth minerals needed to produce electric cars is
vastly worse than any vehicle emissions ever!  This is ruiness
to our economy and jobs and businesses.  This is catastrophic!
We would not be able to travel to rural areas or camp or even pulll
an rv. This is beyond oppression and unjust
