| Comment | Please do NOT allow "credits" for clearcutting or "plantation" forestry. These operations will contribute atmospheric carbon for decades; by the time they begin to absorb carbon it will be much too late to do any good. "Cap and Trade" is not a solution to any problem. It's just a shell game and needs to be buried somewhere nice and deep. |
