Dear Ms. Nichols and CARB:
       Thank you for increasing the emissions standards over the
past few years, in an effort to reduce pollution.
        I urge you to approve legislations that further reduce
pollution, such as those that encourage auto-makers to produce
ZEVs, EVs, NGVs, and PHEVs. These vehicles are gaining in
popularity, but at the moment, are not affordable to most people.
If these vehicles were mass-produced, they would become cheaper,
encouraging consumers to  chose clean vehicles over conventional
gas cars.
        Please make the right decision on the 27th, and help clean
up California's air!
