| Comment | Airplanes should be responsible for their emissions and air pollution even if they use low carbon fuels because there are several disadvantaged communities near airports including in Sacramento. Low carbon fuels produced from some crops are energy intensive to grow and/or transport. Then, less land to grow food would cause Californians to import more food on diesel ships and planes. |
