SubjectProposed ruling on wood and fiberglass boats.

Your proposed rules for new engines and all metal boats could
triple the cost of a day whale watching or fishing. Many of us
already have to save throughout the year or several years to take a
week long fishing trip. Inflation is already putting this sport out
of reach of the common working man or family. Please don't
legislate this into a rich man's sport.
