Dear Sir/Madam, 

I'm a landscape contractor who feels that two stroke engines should
be quickly phased out.  They are super polluters, are often poorly
maintained, and I would assert not safely used by the majority of
operators. All in all the cost of operating these machines is
inexpensive only in the short run.  I would urge you all to phase
them out quickly and consider any programs in your power to create
to help those who cannot afford safer and cleaner equipment.
