I am a small business owner of a Tow Truck company.
We have been a family owned business in Watsonville,
California since 1971.  Like most smalll towing businesses 
In California we will not survive if you pass these regulations.
We humbly ask that you make us exempt so that we can continue to
serve our community. We help keep the roads safe 24/7. Forcing
businesses to go Electric will be catastrophic for our roadways. We
truly hope that you reconsider.
