To whom it may concern,
I am encouraged that california is taking the lead on climate
change regullations and want to congratulate lawmakers and CARB for
what they have done so far. I like the emissions limits that
decline over the years and I like that there are market-based price
signals that hopefully will be effective. I urge the CARB decision
makers to charge for the issuance of permitd, not just give them
away. The money can be well used to further the AB32 intentions.
