There is a catalyst invented by Exon that reduces fuel consumption
in Diesels by 8 to 12% and reduces emissions by 17%. If you include
the savings of the emissions on the fuel not used, you are in
effect reducing emissions by 27%.
This catalyst is free as it cost $2 for an ounce that treats 20
gallons of fuel and with a 10% fuel savings at $3 gallon, nets the
user $4.
The catalyst was invented 20 years ago yet there seems to be no
interest by government officials.
I can furnish a test submitted to us by Bechtel on 146 pieces of
construction equipment that reduced fuel consumption by 25%.
