I'm against raising the gas tax on Californians, we already pay
more than any other state in the US. I don't think EV cars are any
better, they cost way more, electricity is also expensive and in
limited supply, there are not enough chargers to support all
drivers if we switch to EV, let us get out of the deficit that we
are in right now, to keep our small businesses and farmers and
every tax paying citizen to get out of impossible costs that came
from inflation, come up with a better plan than hiking gas tax, and
give us a place at the table to decide our future.
