I agree with the mandates.  
We need more environmental friendly sport fishing fleets out
there.

I don't care that it could affect sportfishing fleets now because
they contribute to environmental damage and overfishing.

They have also become like Disneyland in that It costs us a fortune
just to take out the family for a day of fishing. In the past it
was reasonable to take my family but now I can't even afford it
because it is extremely costly and the fishing fleet has taking
full advantage of its customers and so I really don't care about
their concerns.

Protect the  environment.
