Being that I was raised in Sacramento I have been cheering for my
home state to continue to set the standard for a cleaner
environment. Please consider holding to the original mandates for
the auto manufactures to provide the 25,000 ZEV. Much like the
Tesla is doing in offering a choice to go "Green" the large
manufactures need that little extra push to actualy provide the
vehicles that we not only want but need. I for one will not
purchase another new car till I can purchase a factory EV.
