Hello, My name is Roman Davalos Jr. I've been Fishing with My
Brother's & Family Member for Years. We've started with our Father,
he has now passed. We keep this Tradition he enjoyed so much. It
our way to connect with him & makes all the worries of our Day to
Day go away. If this Bill Passes it will make it Hard to afford &
try to keep Families like mine to come together as we do (4-5)
times a Year. Like I believe it will with other Families. In
addition making  Boats  upgrade so drastically is unfair. Your
takin the Lively hood away from a Hard working Class of people.
There is have to be a better resolution to ease the transition to
green. I appreciate you given me opportunity to express my
concerns.
