How about this: with China on a coal-fired power plant building spree with no end in sight, this latest madness from you folks will have no measurable effect on air quality or climate change, but it will add more then $0.50 to the retail cost of a gallon of gasoline & diesel. Have you completely lost your minds? This latest round of insanity is nothing more than a regressive tax, by definition imposed on those who can least afford it. And you're doing this while the governor is trying to punish oil companies for the high price of gasoline -- yet you want to make it worse! |
