As an Asian-American, I am asking you to not pass this Bill. Please
wait for the technology to come out with an engine that will fit in
the current vessels. I work on one of the vessels that will be put
out of business. I have worked on commercial passenger fishing
vessels for hire and it is my dream to become a captain myself
someday. Why can you not include commercial with sport fishing
vessels as there are only 170 commercial passenger vessels in
California. I am begging you to not crush my dream and stop me from
being able to support my family.
