Only in California, can the Governor's office investigate the oil
companies for gouging (only) Californians while simultaneously
having unelected bureaucrats raise gas taxes by $0.50-0.85 per
gallon.  What can you possibly be thinking here?  Who is gouging
who?   Seems like the state is making the lion's share of the
profits on our gas through all the taxes.  Highest gas prices in
the country and you wear it with a badge of honor while importing
oil from countries who pollute far more than California or the US
and not increasing the refinery capacity while the population
doubled.  Good job do gooders!  Why your constituents are moving.
