The issue is Clean Fuel Stations.
 
I oppose this rule as it is not fair to low-income and
disadvantaged communities,not cost effective, impractical, and
unrealistic.  In addition, It will put an unnecessary burden on
small businesses that will pay more for fuel at the pump.
