| Comment | On behalf of environmental, public health, and labor allies who are
in support of a strong Innovative Clean Transit Rule, we are
sharing the following CARB maps with Board Members to illustrate
the strong momentum for Zero Emission buses. The attached maps
illustrate how much the ZEB industry in California has grown just
from September 2017 to May 2018, and the chart illustrates CARB's
analysis of Total Cost of Ownership, showing that ZE buses are
either cheaper than or similarly priced to diesel and natural gas.
