    I urge Chair Mary Nichols to set a standard for ZEV that is
stringent enough to put at least 1.8 million NEW electric cars on
the road from 2018 to 2025. Auto makers need to be forced to invest
more in zero-emissions technology, and lower the cost of clean
cars.
     Thank you for listening and carrying out this all-important
step towards cleaner air! I'm sure that if we do this, other states
will follow our lead.
