In its 3/27 meeting, CARB should reinstate its original ZEV mandate
of 25,000 ZEV cars between 2012-14. This will provide the greatest
pollution and energy savings and provide additional strong
incentive for manufacturers to proceed down the direction they are
slowly heading.

As a Washington State resident, I will also benefit from the full
force of the original ZEV mandate, as my state follows California
emission standards. 

There is no legitimate scientific or technical reason to not
enforce a relatively meager 25,000 ZEV cars.
