| Comment | Greetings, I submitted comments previously and want to say again for the record that giving low carbon fuel credits for hydrogen made from fossil methane natural gas should end immediately. Additionally, credits for use of fuels for renewable diesel should not be granted for overseas sources unless the communities impacted by the marine transportation at Ports are not already overburdened with pollutants. |
