SubjectDon't hinder the era of the electric car - jumpstart it

As a California consumer, I am willing to pay more for ZEVs (and
particularly PHEVs) now, in order to get this technology off the
ground. There is a transition cost to any new technology. CARB
needs to do everything it can to help jump-start the era of the
electric car.
