Dear Sir or Madam,

I understand that CARB will soon revise your ZEV Program and
possibly weaken it.  Based on the growing evidence of the reality
of climate change, plus the well-proven health benefits of cleaner
air, I strongly urge you to maintain the current policy, which has
resulted in 5,000 electric cars being put into use.
