I am a seventeen year old high school student from Denver,
Colorado.  I have researched many alternative fuels for cars. 
They exist and are practical but we are not putting them to use. 
I urge you to make the right decision and amendmend the Zero
Emission Vehicle regulation.  If you amend this regulation,
California will set the standard for other states.
