Hello 

I am a middle class California taxpayer and I don't ask much of
this state even though it seems to take way more out of me than it
deserves. Please do not go through with this proposed regulation. I
don't want my kids to not experience the joys of fishing I have
experienced. Please use your efforts to go after the big polluters
in the world like China or India not small family ran businesses
