The proposed CARB regulations on the California Sportfishing Fleet
are unnecessary and overburdensome. The global climate impact of
the entire California Sportfishing Fleet is non-measurable. Natural
sources (i.e. volcanos, wildfires) produce more emissions than all
the boats in California. Stop creating these job killing
nonsensical regulations.
