   I travel to San Diego every year for a five day fishing trip
with the long range fleet. (15 years or more) I usually spend a
couple of weeks in the area. While there we use local, restaurants,
hotels, car rentals, etc. if it was made more expensive or
difficult to make a booking. I probably wouldn't come at all. I
hope that you look honestly at the real impact that your proposed
regulations will have on tourism. Thank you.
