To administration:
I am totally against this new regulation, and especially the amount
of time you set fir this change.
Can you explain why oil drilling STILL occurs, and now a disaster
occurs that has bigger impact than boats could have for a long
time.
Time to use some reason and common sense to STOP thisthe impact
this could have is not acceptable.
