Fresno,CA, Bakersfield,CA, Kingsburg,CA, Oxnard,CA and Santa Maria,
CA. We respectfully requests that you immediately suspend the Low
Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS). This regulatory package could have the
most significant impact on California fuel costs than ANY previous
legislative/regulatory program has ever had. We are of the opinion
that more information needs to be gathered before this standard is
implemented.
