Dear Chairwoman Nichols and CARB members:

I encourage you to adopt the strongest possible greenhouse gas
(ghg) emission reduction targets under SB 375.  GHG targets that
fail to achieve the emission reduction targets under Executive
Order S-3-05 or do not substantially reduce overall ghg emissions
will do a disservice to Californians.  

Please adopt ambitious ghg reduction targets to help California
lead the nation in sustainable development, not sprawl.
