Please continue to implement SB 375 in as stringent a way possible.

I place an enormous value on walkable, bikeable, healthy
communities and clean air. My husband bikes to work regularly and
my family and I walk to school and to our sports activities
regularly. There is nothing more important to me than clean air and
reducing GHG emissions to prevent further global warming and
further air pollution.

As I watch some of my friends die of cancer and young children in
our community battle cancer, I can't help but wonder if the
pollution in our air and water plays a role. Don't you? Why take
further chances with our health and the health of our children? If
we could reduce greenhouse gas emissions and particulate emissions,
of course our communities would be healthier. We in California must
continue to lead on this issue.

If more communities could be planned so that people could live
close to where they work and play, we would all benefit. Affordable
housing that is planned in compact communities would greatly help.

In your upcoming meeting, please plan to vote for ambitious GHG
emissions reduction targets and achievable, sustainable community
planning goals.
