Dear Chair Nichols, 

Environmental Justice 58 asks for a "yes" vote for Stockton to
become a recipient for the Community Air Protection Program of
2019.

As you are likely aware, Stockton has worked hard to be innovating
and progressive. Part of that action has been to pursue
opportunities such as the Transformative Climate Communities grant.
Stockton has made a lot of progress, and has been preparing to be a
recipient since the previous year, when it was a close contender to
be chosen. Stockton has the support of the city, communities,
community-based organizations, and public agencies. 

Please select Stockton for 2019!
