| Comment | To whom it may concern. I am Edwin Lombard, President/CEO of the California African American Chamber of Commerce. I was on the ZOOM All day on June 24, and when Item 21-5-4 came up, I raised my hand and was recognized by the moderator. Unfortunately she said my version of ZOOM was not updated; therefore, she could not let me in to make a public comment. She instructed me to call the number on the screen, and she would let me in to speak. I did call in but was never allowed to make my comments. Therefore I have attached in a letter format the comment I wanted to make. Please review it and add it to the record. Thank you |
