I am a customer of BioFuel Oasis, having bought a used Volkswagon
TDI to use for commuting purposes.  I believe passionately in the
use of alternative fuels for transportation needs, particularly
fuels made from the by-product of other industries as it's
fabulous form of recycling.  Also, for those of us who can't
afford a new hybrid, we still can contribute to cleaner overall
emissions by using a cheaper old diesel.

As it stands now, BioFuel Oasis is the only place I can get
biodiesel, and the restrictions regarding its hours of operation
due to its current location can make it very challenging to
refuel.  Having it in a properly zoned location will not only make
it easier for me, but easier for other potential customers who have
perhaps hesitated to take advantage of this great fuel source due
to of lack of availability.

Given the relatively small amount of money needed to help Biofuel
Oasis transition to a proper facility, I sincerely hope room can
be made in this budget for its needs.
