| Comment | Hello, I was dismayed to read that you are not currently funding Berkeley's Biofuel Oasis in the Alternative Fuel Incentives grant process. Biofuel Oasis is the epitomy of the type of business that needs to receive funding under this measure. The use of biodiesel is vastly important to lowering our carbon emissions and presents a real altenative to petroleum products. BioFuel Oasis has been consistently providing fuel to the Bay Area for 3 years and is the only place to buy biodiesel at at public pump in the Bay Area. Even more impolrtnatly the business is a women owned local company that promotes using recycled vegtable oil to make its biodiesel from. It is very important that this type of fuel source remain competetive and available as biodiesel becomes more popular to ensure that biodiesel fuels remain sustainable. I urge you to find the $100,000 that BioFuel Oasis needs to expand their current location, it is a small amount that will make a huge difference to Bay Area biodiesel users and those who wish to switch to Biodiesel in the future.
