These people deserve a grant to move thier operations to a location
that will further the sales of alternative fuels in California. 
They have been selling biodiesel which in my mind is ultimatley a
better fuel than ethenol blended fuel.  It at least deserves a
chance!  You know the advatages of biodiesel, more or less carbon
nuetral, can be (and the Biofuels Oasis uses recycled oil,
something you can't do with alcohol!), low particulates, better
fuel economy than a spark ignition engine, and the list goes on. 
This type of fuel needs to be sold where it is more accessible
such as the proposed former gas station.  Please award them the
grant.  The people of the Bay Area will thank you and so will I as
I have been buying thier fuel for two of the last three years they
have been in business.
