I am writing to urge you to allocate grant funds to support the
fueling infrastructure for the new BioFuels Oasis location on
Sacramento Street in Berkeley.

This committed group of talented women has been providing
biodiesel to the community and beyond for three years. I am a
customer and can attest to the quality of their operation.

Bidiesel has huge benefits to the people of California. It
dramatically reduces greenhouse gas and particulate emissions from
tailpipes relative to fossil fuels. 

This fuel and this business deserve CARB's support now as they
expand their business to serve the increasing numbers of biodiesel
users in the East Bay and beyond.
